About Us
In 1993 Sandi Connell R.N. founded React Seminars with a solid goal in mind: to teach life-saving emergency response through engaging, interactive techniques. This goal remains at the forefront of every course taught by React Seminars.
Sandi has over 25 years experience in the medical field including ICU, Cardiology and Orthopedics. She has worked extensively with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, both in corporate and community capacities, providing blood pressure clinics and “Lunch and Learn” sessions. She is a CERTIFIED Heart and Stroke instructor, an authorized provider for the Canadian Red Cross and has served as a member of the Markham Board of Trade.
React Seminars courses will help you respond confidently to health and safety related emergencies. Participants will benefit from our use of real-life scenarios, extensive hands-on practice sessions, and creative and interactive teaching methods, with a focus on recognizing emergency situations and implementing the most appropriate response. Upon successful completion, students will receive Red Cross or Heart and Stroke wallet cards and certificates, along with home course materials for future reference. All courses are WSIB approved.
